WHO ARE YOU?
ACCESSORY911.COM is part of The Accessory Shop, LLC. We are a family run retail business serving the Metro Detroit Area and abroad since 1979.

Our many years in the automotive accessory business should give you confidence in the quality of products we sell for your vehicle. We also are an Authorized Dealer for many main manufacturer's of aftermarket accessories. We wouldn't have been around this long if we "cheated" our customers.

ARE YOUR ITEMS RECONDITIONED, SECONDS, OR USED?
Unless otherwise stated, ALL our products are BRAND NEW in the original box from the manufacturer.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM YOU?
No. You CAN pay with your Paypal account like normal (if you have one), but you do not have to if you so desire. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

All online stores require some sort of Credit Card processor to authorize payments. We use Paypal for that process and you can use your credit card with them WITHOUT having an account if you prefer not too. They are NOT forcing you to create one... just use the link near the bottom of the Paypal Payment Screen and fill in your credit card information as normal.

If you prefer, you can CALL our office during normal working hours (see our CONTACT US page) and we can take your order and credit card information over the telephone as well.

WHO DO YOU USE FOR A SHIPPING COMPANY?
All shipping is handles by the US Postal Service, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service. In order to keep shipping rates and delivery times as low as possible, we use the best service available for your location as well as the size and weight of the shipment.sentatives will review you order and provide you with a quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM(S)?
In addition to our facility in Michigan, we have stocking warehouses throughout the country. In many cases, items are shipped directly from the closest warehouse to your location. In most cases, your item should arrive within 2-4 days unless otherwise stated.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely!! We ship world-wide for an additional fee. In some cases, some items "may" be impractical to ship to due size & weight along with shipping limitations and requirement from various countries. We use the shipping companies rates and due our best to provide the lowest possible shipping rate possible.

To get an accurate quote, select the items you are interest in from our online store and "ADD" them to your cart. At the bottom of the cart, their is a button to obtain a quote. Fill out the required information and submit your request. One of our trained representatives will review you order and provide you with a quote.

Before you ask, we WILL fill out customs declaration forms APPROPRIATELY. It is illegal to list lower item costs and purchases as "gifts" so you can get around your countries duties and taxes. We will not lie, the penalties & fines we could receive if caught are VERY substantial.

I'M LOCAL, CAN I PICK IT UP IN YOUR STORE?
Yes. Any item we have online can be picked up in the store... BUT, we cannot guarantee it is "in-stock" in the store. If you plan on a store pickup and know exactly what you want, give us a call or send us an email so we can make sure it is on-hand for you when you arrive. If we don't have it in the store, we can usually get it within 24 hours on average

ARE YOUR STORE PRICES THE SAME AS THE WEBSITE PRICES
Yes and no. We try to keep our prices identical but in some cases they are not. We are required by some manufacturers to not go below a "Minimum Advertised Price". In addition, some items we ship directly without incurring a shipping charge... but to get the item into our store, we have to pay a "delivery" charge. Finally, we have arrangements on some items for "internet" sales to be a better price overall. These factors alone can effect our store vs website price.

If you see something on our site for less than our store (or vice versa), feel free to ask. We will do our best to give you the lowest price possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase (unless otherwise noted). Please call or email for a Return Authorization BEFORE sending anything back. ALL items returned MUST be in their original package, uninstalled, and in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility in Michigan.

Once we examine your return, if it meets the aforementioned criteria, you will receive a refund for your returned items. If it does NOT meet the criteria, you may have the items returned to you at an additional fee.

HOW DO WARRANTIES WORK?
We honor all MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES. We do not set, or control the the terms or requirements of these warranties... they are established BY the manufacturer of the individual items. We do our best to list their warranties on our individual listings for your reference. For more information, please visit the manufacturer's website, check the paperwork that came IN the item's packaging, or contact them directly.

If you feel you have a warranty issue that falls within their terms, and you would like our help, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to help you if we can. Of course, you always can contact them directly as well.

DO YOU SHARE OR SELL OUR INFORMATION?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! We hate spam and unsolicited emails and mail just like you do. All information entered on our website is only used by our staff for the intended purpose.
